MODIFIED NANOMETER COMPOSITE POLYSULFIDE SEALANT FOR FIREPROOF GLASS AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

A modified nanometer composite polysulfide sealant for a fireproof glass, comprising base rubber components and vulcanizing components in a weight ratio of 100:5-20. The base rubber components comprise, in parts by weight, 60-100 parts of a liquid polysulfide rubber, 0.01-5 parts of a modified nanometer powder, 10-50 parts of a reinforcing filler and 0.1-5 parts of a silane coupling agent. The vulcanizing components comprise, in parts by weight, 5-20 parts of a thickener, 5-30 parts of a vulcanizing agent and 0.1-5 parts of a vulcanizing accelerator. The number average molecular weight of the liquid polysulfide rubber is 1000-4000. The modified nanometer powder is one of a modified white graphene, a modified graphene and a graphene oxide. The sealing property and the mechanical strength of the modified nanometer composite polysulfide rubber are increased, while other properties are not affected. The process is simple and easy to operate, and the modified nanometer composite polysulfide rubber has high application value.
