Descripción completa

The company is established in 2009 on the basis of Estonian capital; and its main sphere of operation lies in recycling plastic packaging and producing plastic construction materials.

They are looking for trade intermediaries (distributors, agents) for their innovative material.

They export majority of their production (97% in 2016). They have established partners in Finland, Sweden, Belgium, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, UK, Ireland and Netherlands.

The sphere of application of the material is impressively wide: garden furniture, fence modules, terrace, flower and compost boxes, garbage container sheds, goods pallets, sandboxes, horse boxes, farms, city/urban furniture, boat and swimming bridges etc.

The material is 100% recycled and 100% recyclable. Combination of exceptional durability and very low lifetime cost makes this the perfect material for outside uses for long term solutions e.g. acoustic walls, decking, fencing.

At the first stage of production, plastic packaging is transformed into the raw material suitable for plastic production industry. At the second stage, the method extrusion is used to produce a variety of plastic profiles from the raw material. These profiles are widely usable in especially severe and resistance-demanding conditions which would make the service life of wood rather short. The further finishing of material is similar to wood: the material can be cut, sawn, drilled, milled and screwed together; moreover, nailed joints are even stronger than those of wood.

At the moment they are the only Estonian enterprise that can recycle mixed plastic packaging waste. Their annual production volume amounts to 2,400 tons, and their ambition is to increase the annual production volume up to 10,000 tons.

Socio buscado:

- Type of partner sought: Distribution network with building contractors.
- Specific area of activity of the partner: They are looking for distributors and agents for their innovative material.
Their partner should have established good networks of retailers or constructors and have experience of selling building materials. Partner trade intermediaries are expected to have comprehensive knowledge of the sector (at least 3-5 years). Partners should not have similar products in their portfolio (plastic profiles, plastic composites, plastic or composite decking boards).

Advantages & innovations:
