Polish manufacturer of products made of composite materials is looking for suppliers of raw materials under manufacturing agreement

A company from the north-west Poland has been active in the automotive industry since 2012. The firm designs and produces, among others, various car parts made of composite materials. They've conducted multiple R&D projects and successfully implemented their results (including in cooperation with foreign partners): for example, their innovative rocker panels, bumpers and other elements have been used by one of the teams/companies participating in the FIA Cross Country Rallies.

The firm is seeking new suppliers of composite materials that will be used to manufacture their products. Currently, they utilise composites with a cork agglomerate as a core and carbon-, aramid- or glass fibres as reinforcement. The company is also open to supplies of other materials that can be used for development of new products. They are interested in finished or semi-finished composites (pre-pregs, curing systems, auxiliary materials for the production of composites). The requested materials have to be compatible with the following production methods: bonding, vacuum bag method, infusion, manual lamination, prepreg lamination, lost core method or 3D printing.

The market of composites producers in Poland is limited, therefore the firm is looking for foreign partners that can provide more innovative materials and their stable supplies. They request cooperation under the manufacturing agreement. A role of the firm will be to select composites from a partner's offer and specify required quantity. In turn, a partner will have to manufacture and deliver requested products.
